🛍️ Returns & Exchanges

• Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase.

• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

• Certain items (such as clearance or personalized products) may be non-returnable. These will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.

💰 Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong item, damaged product, etc.).

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

• For defective or incorrect items, Levo Store will provide a prepaid return label.

📦 How to Start a Return

2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

3. Ship the item using the provided instructions.

• Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Gift cards are non-refundable.
